| Newark, NJ (Sports Network) - The Orlando Magic acquired the draft rights to forward/center Justin Harper from Cleveland in exchange for two future second round draft picks. The Cavaliers chose Harper 32nd overall Thursday night. The 6-foot-10 Harper appeared in 137 career games at the University of Richmond, averaging 10.6 points and 4.8 rebounds a game during his collegiate career. He also shot 38.2 percent from three-point range. |

The amount or nature of the fine hasn't been disclosed, although Arenas said via Twitter, "yes the nba has fined me....for being to awesome." Before the Tweet confirming he'd been fined Arenas chimed, "Does anybody know the NBA twitter rules I need sum one to direct message me it."
